Blogger Usually call it a “jump break”. WordPress calls it the “ read more tag ”. I experienced this problem when I began blogging, so I decided to share exactly how I solved this issue to you guys. On your WordPress dashboard, put your cursor where you want the “read more” text to go and click on the Insert More Tag button (or click Alt + Shift + T). If you hover over the button, it will indicate that it’s the Insert Read More Tag button. Easy, right? In WordPress practically all bloggers uses different plugins to personalize their blogs, there’s a plugin called “auto limit post” plugin, install and this should do the work for you without you having to add the read more Tag all by yourself, it does the work for you.
